• New construction sports complex and an adaptive baseball field “Hazel Lawson Sports Complex.”
• 18,700 square foot barrier-free multipurpose sports field with covered dugouts, bleachers, and announcer’s table.
• 22,700 square foot building equipped with a Concession Stand, a Changing Room, Support Spaces, and an Open Pavilion space to be used for a basketball court or picnic area.
• Future development will consist of walking trails, playground and picnic areas.
