An upcoming Prairie View A&M graduate from the city of Waco with expertise in graphic design, DeMarco’s design philosophy focuses on sustainable, understated and innovative aesthetics. DeMarco is an active member of the AIAS (American Institute of Architecture Students) and NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects). Mr. Loadholt currently serves in the role of Architectural Intern at PlanNorth, and will be focusing on learning all aspects of the design and construction industry while contributing daily to PlanNorth projects. He is a part of PlanNorth’s 2nd Annual Community Contribution Effort, where design interns work on pro-bono projects as part of their experience. DeMarco is a proud dad to his daughter Anyla who shares the common interest of exploring nature with her dad. In his free time, he loves to travel, draw, and sketch contemporary new ideas.
