A Houston native, Rogelio is a graduate of the University of Houston with a background in construction. Rogelio found his love for architecture during his work in the framing trade, where he was able to see firsthand how a building is created. During his time at the University of Houston, he came to understand that architecture is a profession that impacts and gives back to the community. As a new professional, Rogelio’s goal is to always give back to communities with his designs. As a Project Designer at PlanNorth, Mr. Perez will focus on learning all aspects of the industry while contributing daily to PlanNorth projects. During 2022, Rogelio served as part of PlanNorth’s 2nd Annual Community Contribution Effort, where design interns work on pro-bono projects as part of their experience.
